A quick way to to clean up the house and fix the TV, computer, and espresso machine is to enable the "Midas Mode" and "Free Mode" codes. Then use the monkey butler. This won't disturb the Room bar.

Buy the telescope and use it for too long. Your Sim will be abducted and will disappaer. It will reappear some hours later, with different stats.
